1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading or using software provided by IFUIX, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not use our software.
2. Use License
Your right to use each app, digital product, or learning resource follows the licence and access terms shown for that product. A purchase grants access or a licence and does not transfer ownership. The Kebun Pintar section below explains access to the public Android release.
3. Disclaimer
The materials on IFUIX's website and our software applications are provided on an 'as is' basis. IFUIX makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.
4. Limitations
In no event shall IFUIX or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on IFUIX's website or software.
Kebun Pintar usage terms
Caregiver guidance and use of materials
Parents or guardians are responsible for supervising children, setting play time, and approving purchases. The app supports practice with letters, numbers, and simple activities; activity notes are not a developmental assessment, diagnosis, or guarantee of learning outcomes. Use materials within the access granted and do not resell the app or its assets without permission.
Free mode and full access
Free mode includes letters A–F, numbers 1–4, and two completions for each adventure separately. Prices and weekly, monthly, or one-time options depend on Google Play availability. Pending payments do not unlock access. Review the duration, price, and renewal terms on the Google Play screen before approving a purchase. A one-time purchase does not renew as a subscription.
Renewal, cancellation, and refunds
Recurring subscriptions follow the period and terms shown by Google Play until cancelled. Cancel through Payments & subscriptions in the Google Account used to purchase. Uninstalling the app or resetting progress does not cancel a subscription. Refund requests follow Google Play policies and applicable rights; this page does not promise refund approval.
Restoring access and preserving progress
Use the Google Play account used for the purchase, connect to the internet, then open Ruang Orang Tua, Lihat pilihan akses, and Pulihkan Pembelian. Restore checks eligible purchase access; it does not recover deleted activity notes. Progress is not synchronized through an IFUIX account and device backup does not guarantee recovery. Subscriptions may require periodic online checks.
